in September 2015 approved the plan to establish a capillary distribution system of final products and it was decided to carry out this activity in one of the subsidiaries in two stages. The first stage is performed as pilot in Tehran province and the second stage is done in priority areas including Khorasan, Fars, Isfahan, Gilan and Khuzestan.

Kimia Speedy Qeshm Company, which was established in 2010, was assigned in late 2015 to distribute Sepahan oil products in order of priority in Tehran province and other parts of the country and at the same time in the Middle East region and neighboring countries, based on capillary sales policy.

The activity of the company started by recruiting and hiring specialized and experienced personnel in the capillary sales process and sales operations, according to the plan scheduled, started in Tehran province at the end of June 2016.

After approving of the capillary sale justification plan in Khorasan and Khuzestan provinces by the board of directors of the company and according to the order of the CEO of Sepahan Oil Company, Khorasan, Khuzestan and Bushehr branches were set up, respectively. In line with the geographical development of sales, Kermanshah, Kerman and Hormozgan branches in 2019 and East Azerbaijan, Kohkiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Golestan and Zanjan branches in 2020 were added to the existing branches.

In 2021, the development of branches was also on the agenda of Kimia Speedy Company and five branches of Ardabil, Semnan, Hamedan, Markazi and Yazd were established. Moreover, the preparations for the establishment and operation of the Fars branch was done in March 2022 and became operational in April 2022. At present, the company, having a national distribution license from the Ministry of Industry and Mines, carries out its capillary distribution activities for lubricant products and various complementary and by-products of automobiles in more than 20 provinces of the country, with more than 15,000 customers. It targets distribution in all provinces of the country and sales to more than 25,000 customers. In addition to capillary distribution operations, direct sales of products to consumers are currently taking place in several transportation terminals, including the provinces of Isfahan, Bandar Abbas and Bandar Imam.

Backed by capable organizational capital, application of modern knowledge and efficient systems and move in the direction of the macro strategy of the parent company, Kimia Speedy Qeshm Company intends, in the field of trade and distribution of high quality lubricant products in the country and Middle East, while maintaining profitability, to gain the desired market share for consumers in order to achieve the goals of stakeholders.
